Sky master precision machinery broke through the bottleneck, equip with newly added self made 60 tools capacity chain type tool magazine, pair with fully automatic side milling head to release greater manufacturing capacity.

Direct connected type drive design eliminates transmission mechanism and vibration, also raises spindle¡¯s turning accuracy and reaction time dramatically.

 

The spindle head uses an extra large cross section design; combine with 4 extra high rigidity roller type linear guide ways on the Z axis, to provide high anti-vibration ability during heavy cutting and thus high whole machine rigidity.

 

All three axes were driven by servo motors through a synchronize belt, then directly connected to the ball screw with additional external encoder, to ensure the turning accuracy of the ball screw and the transmitted torque.

  

The ball screw on the X axis uses a special designed support method to effectively eliminate ball screw prolapsed phenomenon.

4 high rigidity supportive linear guide ways were used on the X axis, to ensure excellent loading ability. The Y axis structure was uniquely designed to improve machine¡¯s rigidity, by using 3 high rigidity roller type linear guide ways with reasonable spaced ladder type positioning. 

  

The Z axis uses a simple structured liquid nitrogen balancing device as counter weight. The whole mechanism runs smoothly and effectively, ensures excellent machine accuracy.

  

The pneumatic system and the lubrication system were concentratedly placed in the front of the machine for easier observation and maintenance.

 

The chain type free standing ATC system with 60 tool capacity realizes automatic tool change motion for the spindle and the side milling head, increases machining efficiency.

 

Equipped with side milling head, five faces machining now can be realized in one clamping for large size work piece. 

 

The machine uses free standing fully automatic head change mechanism, to position the head storage accurately through servo motor and precisely driven ball screw.

 

The automatic chip removal mechanism consist of 4 coil type chip conveyors, makes the chip removal process safer, more environmental, more convenience and more efficient.
