VM3018A is a modernized gantry type machining center equipped with automatic tool change device and CNC triaxial linkage control system. Suitable for medium lot sizing production of machining different types of surfaces, holes and complex shapes, especially for large and medium-sized porous body parts. This product has the following characteristics
The spindle has four specially made NSK supporting bearing, increased the rigidity of the spindle. It also has an oil cooler, provides forced cycle cooling.
The spindle is driven by digit servo motor and directly connect with imported gear box which improve the transmission efficiency and machining accuracy ,as well as energy saving.
The spindle uses a synchronous belt for decelerating. The belt directly connected to the high rigidity ball screw pair. Y and Z axis both use servo motor directly connected to the high rigidity ball screw pair. The support of the ball screw uses a fix one side extends other side type of design, makes the ball screw has pre-extended effect. This type of design increased transmission rigidity, positioning accuracy, repeatable positioning accuracy and stability, also increased stability under heat.
All three axes¡¯ supporting guide way uses high accuracy heavy loading roller type linear guide way. Low friction, high rigidity, high positioning accuracy, short reaction time.
ATC: whole system was imported from Taiwan, unfailing performance with short tool change time.
The machine equipped with protection shield. The protection shield was designed according to ergonomics, provide a comfortable operating experience.
The whole machine use high quality casting iron. Two times aging processes make the composite stable, can keep the accuracy high for longer time.
A liquid nitrogen balance device was used for spindle¡¯s weight balance. Simply structured, stable, make sure the accuracy is at its best at all time.
